100 g of rocket
150 g of cherry tomatoes
1 pack of Maffei mini gnocchi
Method:
Grease a pan with a drizzle of oil and cook the salmon cut into cubes. Deglaze with a little white wine. In another pan, sauté the cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of oil and cooking water. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Meanwhile, bring the water to the boil and pour in the mini gnocchi. As soon as they rise to the surface, transfer them to the pan with the cherry tomatoes. Add the salmon and rocket, stir in for a few minutes and serve still hot!
