Whole wheat Maritati with Cherry tomatoes and stracciatella

400 g Maffei whole wheat Maritati
200 g red cherry tomatoes
200 g yellow tomatoes
150 g stracciatella
Slice all the cherry tomatoes and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil with the sliced onion, add the salt. Cook for 10/15 minutes.
Place a pot of salted water on the stove and bring to the boil.
When the water comes to the boil, drop the whole wheat Maritati.
Sauté the maritati in the pan with the yellow and red cherry tomato sauce.
Portion the pasta into plates and complete with the stracciatella and mint leaves.
