Trofie with pesto and prawns

50 g basil
1 pack of Maffei trofie
20 g pine nuts
2 cloves of garlic
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
100 g of grated cheese
500 g of shrimps

Start preparing the pesto by blending together basil, garlic, cheese, pine nuts and oil. Separately, marinate the prawns with oil and pepper and lightly sear them in a pan. Drain the pasta and toss with pesto and prawns.
